salted post mortem

My passionate nature is dead

It haemorrhaged abruptly

Splat upon craggy grey rocks

Thrown like a beached jelly fish

By a young child at play

Its viscous fluids seeping

Into the course beige sand

Beside the ocean’s brine

On a brilliant summer’s day

To be forgotten immediately

As new adventure waits

Behind the next grassy dune

Or beside the next tidal pool

I’m sorry, why is this in the “asexual” tag? A passionate nature isn’t necessarily incompatible with asexuality. I’m confused. Maybe you can tell me more about what you’re going through?
